We want every family to be happy with their StudyToPro notes.
Refund window
If the notes are not right for your child, message us within 7 days of purchase with your order details, and we will refund the amount paid.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank.
When we may decline
Requests made after 7 days, or where the files have been shared or redistributed, may not qualify.
